Thomas S. Kruml is the founder and principal in Kruml Law Office P.C., LLO., (2012),with the firm’s primary office located in Ord, Nebraska, and a satellite office in Burwell, Nebraska. Since 2022, Tom and the firm have been designated as “AV Preeminent” Peer Rated for the Highest Level of Professional Excellence by Martindale-Hubbell. To become AV Preeminent Peer Rated Attorneys are rated by their peers as having very high ethical standards and an A grade from peers.

Tom’s area of practice includes Real Estate, Corporations, LLC’s, Partnerships, and business transactions, as well as Banking, Commercial, and Agricultural Law, Estate Planning, and Probate. Tom has been a Nebraska licensed Attorney since 1993.

He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on finance and accounting from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln in 1990; as well as his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska, College of Law in 1993.

Prior to starting Kruml Law Office P.C., LLO., Tom worked and served as shareholder at the law firm Stowell, Kruml, Geweke, & Cullers, P.C., LLO. for 19 years. Tom helped found the Valley County Economic Development Board in 2000 and is past-President of that Board. In addition, he also served for eight years on the Ord Public Schools Board of Education. He continues to serve on various local boards and assists with multiple community activities.

Virginia S. Kruml (Ginny) has been with Kruml Law Office since the formation of the practice in 2012. She is the manager, receptionist, and bookkeeper for the office.

Lacey Fauss started with the firm, as a Legal Assistant, in 2017. She has assisted and carried out all activities for clients and their cases in all areas of law in her career. Currently, her primary focus is Probate and Probate Litigation.

Annie Haumann, Legal Assistant, started with the firm in July of 2018. Her work areas include Real Estate and Financing Transactions, Commercial Contracts, Agricultural Litigation, Uniform Commercial Code and Effective Financing Statement filings, Probate, Probate Litigation, and Estate Planning. Annie has also been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2022, and has assisted in several certificated irrigated acreage sales with our sister company, Big Red Realty & Management, LLC.

Elizabeth Goldfish has been with Kruml Law Office as a Legal Assistant since 2021. Her work areas include Limited Liability Companies and Corporations, Uniform Commercial Code and Effective Financing Statement filings, Probate, Probate Litigation, and Commercial Litigation.
